Payment Terms

-Prices are INCLUSIVE of Shipping Fee.

-We only accept payment through POSB/DBS ATM Transfers or Internet Banking.

-Payment must be made within 2 days after my confirmation of your order or otherwise your order will be void.

-Please drop me an email or SMS after you have done the transfer, so that i can verify payment received.

-Orders that are confirmed will be listed under Current Order Status after payment is made.


Confirmation of Orders

-All confirmation of orders will be done strictly through email.

-Orders will ONLY be processed when it reaches the above batch item orders / ending spree date.

-There will be NO refund after payment unless stocks are unavailable on the supplier's side.

-I will NOT be held responsible if you order the wrong item.


Arrival of Goods

-Estimated time: 5-8 working days. (depending on the availability of stock and unforeseen circumstances)

-All confirmed purchases are non-refundable or ex-changeable.

-Upon receiving of goods from Supplier, I will send out your items ASAP (within 2-3 days) as I need time to sort and pack them accordingly so your patience will be deeply appreciated!


Mode of Collection

-Normal postage & Registered postage will be charged ($2 & $4 respectively)

-I will not be liable for any defects in item so it is best you do meetups and check on the spot.

-We do conduct meetups at the following MRT stations for free BUT only at both customer's & our convenience if you do not feel safe opting for Normal Postage.

Meet up points:
-Serangoon MRT station
-Orchard MRT station
-Commonwealth MRT station

Please be punctual for meetups.

-Latecomers after 10mins grace will be charged with an additional $1 for every 5 minutes late.

-I will not refund in the event where SingPost loses his/her package via normal mail.

-Please opt for registered mail if you fear for such incident to happen. In this case, please top up $$ on top of normal postage fee depending on weight.
